When I stumbled upon Kerry I was dealing with intense daily anxiety, desperately seeking relief. I just wanted a life with less worry and more happiness. Before Kerry my anxiety felt overwhelming.

I thought it was a fixed part of my personality. I tried various approaches but nothing seemed to keep my anxiety at bay. Taking the leap to join the program was terrifying.

I feared being a hopeless case and doubted the program’s effectiveness because of all the trauma I’ve endured and still endure in my life. The commitment felt huge, and I worried about wasting time and money, possibly facing more disappointment.

My biggest accomplishment in the program was realizing that my anxiety isn’t a lifelong trait. It has profoundly changed how I see the world and most importantly, myself.
